Organic Ortolana (Vegetable) Pasta Sauce 350g

Bio Orto is preparing these ready to eat pasta sauces with the same care and attention our grandma would: onions slowly cooked, then carrots, celery and garlic are added with extra virgin olive oil, and left the flavours melting together.

Tomato pulp and puree with seasonal vegetables (courgettes, aubergines, peppers), parsley and oregano are the next step, and that is what give this Ortolana vegetable sauce the authentic taste of a homemade sauce.

Serve with some grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
