Grown on the slopes of Mount Vesuvio, these Italianavera tomatoes are bright yellow, full of minerals from volcanic soil, incredibly rich in flavour. Their unique taste makes them perfect for any mediterranean recipes, particularly with fish dishes.
Grill some fresh tuna on high heat, then roughly cut in cubes. Warm up the tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil, anchovies, capers and some garlic, then smash the tomato with a fork. Add the tuna, and the pasta. We recommend penne. Enjoy!
