Delicious escarole chicory typical of the Campania region, made by Italianavera using only the best raw ingredients. Preserved in water and salt, this escarole can be ready within minutes.
To cook: open the tin, drain the water and in the meantime heat the oil, garlic and chilli pepper in the pan. Add the escaroles and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Use as condiment to orecchiette or pizza, with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, you will not need anything else.
