Gli Aironi Cru is an experience on its own. By processing the rice from a single field, sown and harvested at the same time, cultivated in the same agricultural and climatic conditions, Gli Aironi manages to create a uniform grain of rice.
The result of this light processing is a rough, young grain, with an ivory colour and an intense aroma, with a great elasticity when cooked. The light external layer will give that perfect al dente chewiness, even after being plated.
Needless to say, this is the perfect rice for Risotto. Grown and harvested in Piedmont, Italy.
