Using only the best Carnaroli rice from their Piemonte rice fields, Gli Aironi smoked these grains with cherry wood for 14 hours. The result is a rice with soft woody notes, intense flavour but that is pleasantly delicate on the palate. Suitable for risotto,but also as an accompaniment for meat, fish, game and vegetables to which it gives contrasts of aromas and intrigue.
Gli Aironi decades long experience guarantees the light dehusking of the grain, preserving all the nutritional substances present in the outside part of the rice, responsible for its unforgettable and unmistakable flavour.
