Organic Coriander Honey 250g

Adi Apicoltura harvests this delicious Coriander honey in Molise, from seeds that the plant produces every five to six years, making it a rare product. The floral and sweet note is prevalent, but leaves a pleasant and persistent citrus scent at the end with nuances ranging from orange to bergamot.

Excellent as an accompaniment to croutons with Lardo di Colonnata or with fresh broad beans accompanied by pecorino made pungent and spicy by the seasoning. References to coconut could, in a more stringent combination, make it a suitable accompaniment to game meat flavoured with curry.

It also has medicinal properties as it is a natural antacid, has a bactericidal and fungicidal function, improves circulation and memory.
