Bio Orto Grand Cru is a limited series that showcases the excellence of the single varietal of olives, the Coratina, harvested at the early stage of their maturation process and cold pressed within 2-4 hours. This meticulous process ensures a superior quality extra virgin olive oil and the result is exquisite.

The single varietal Coratina extra virgin olive oil is the maximum expression of the Apulian cultivars: oil with a great personality, fine on the palate, strong and decisive in character, with hints of vegetables.

This organic Bio Orto oil comes with a great polyphenolic charge (antioxidants, great for your health!), which translates to the taste with a marked bitter and spicy note, with an intense fruity. Use raw to flavour legume soups, bruschetta, pizza.
